The mouth stretcher fits under the cap of the silicone insert and can be held in place by installing the outside cap. The mouth stretcher will remain inside the user’s mouth as long as it is not “able” or “allowed” to remove the cap.

NEVER use silicone lubricant on the mouth stretcher and never store it inside the silicone insert while not in use.
