What is the return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the product, returns cannot be accepted. If you have any issues with the product, please contact me.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Production usually takes about 4 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times is about a week, but it vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location, the items in your order and the speed you select at checkout.
Shipping is free in Canada for orders above 200$ CAD.
Shipping is free in the US for orders above 500$ CAD.
Shipping is free in the rest of the world for orders above 700$ CAD.

How to care for my mask?
Wash with dish soap and water.
Even thought snaps are made of high quality stainless. If your product has a metal snap button on it, make sure to undo the metal snap on the forehead after each play session. Leave the snap open for at least 24h to let fully dry and prevent rust.
What lubricant to use?
You can use silicone based lubricant to make your mask shine.
You can use either spit, water based lubricant or silicone based lubricant with the silicone insert.
You con ONLY use spit or water based lubricant with the gags.
Special care for Funnel gasmask

Special care for Oral gasmask
Never leave the mouth stretcher inserted in the silicone insert when the mask is stored away.
