The dick shaped internal gag is more training oriented. It has a slower liquid flow.

The mouth guard shaped internal gag is for experienced drinkers or users wanting an easier experience. It has a faster liquid flow.

The gag can slide a bit forward and back so it is the perfect depth for every user to bite on and control the flow of liquid with the tongue. Speaking is still difficult with this gag. ​If you have a strong gag reflex, you might prefer this model as the gag only goes teeth deep.
